We're waiting to hear about a house that we've put an offer in on today. I am actually sat watching my phone. I'm not holding out much hope because i know we're bidding against someone and i refused to increase my last offer- we're FTB with a 10% deposit (thanks to G's parents) so i'm hoping we're in a strong enough position without increasing my offer. Hopefully.........
Am working my first shift at the pub tonight as totally in charge.... scary stuff. I think i'm looking forward to it and know its no big deal really but love being in control!!
